How much does a visit cost?+
Each vet sets their own price, and you'll see it on their card before you send a request. One simple charge, no surprises.
What kinds of pets do your vets see?+
Dogs and cats, and some of our vets also see exotics like birds, rabbits, reptiles and small mammals. Not sure? Send a request and tell us about your pet.
What can a vet help with over video?+
Skin and ears, tummy troubles, behavior, nutrition, second opinions and follow-ups.
Can online vets prescribe medication?+
Sometimes. It depends on your state's laws and whether your vet has a valid relationship with your pet, which some states let them set up over video. When they can, vets may prescribe non-controlled medications and send them to your pharmacy or an online pet pharmacy. Your vet will tell you during the visit.
Are the vets licensed in my state?+
Yes. We only show vets licensed in the state on your account.
How do video visits work?+
Visits run on Zoom. You get a join link for your visit, and your vet lets you in from the waiting room. No Zoom account needed.
